1. Who sends these messages

Tech Connect is a field-service dispatch platform operated by Black Wolf Ai USA LLC. All text messages described here are sent by Tech Connect.

2. Message programs & types

Operational notifications (to onboarded technicians and sales representatives): job-assignment offers with a link to view and accept, schedule and arrival-window updates, training-session confirmations and reminders, and platform or system status alerts. Installation coordination (between a technician and a customer): during an installation appointment, Tech Connect may connect the assigned technician and the customer through a temporary, masked phone number to coordinate arrival time, address and access, and on-site logistics. Neither party’s personal mobile number is exposed to the other; the session opens only for an assigned job and closes when the job is complete. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under these programs.

3. How you opt in

Technicians and sales representatives provide their mobile number and check a dedicated, unchecked SMS-consent box during onboarding at technicianconnect.us, and can turn SMS on or off at any time from their account profile. Customers agree to installation-coordination texts by checking an unchecked consent box when booking or confirming an installation appointment. Consent is recorded with the date, time, and a snapshot of the disclosure shown, and is never required as a condition of purchase or employment.

Message frequency varies based on job and training activity.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive no further messages after you reply STOP. Reply HELP for help, or visit technicianconnect.us. STOP requests are honored immediately.

7. Your mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate the messaging programs described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the “Last updated” date below.
